Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on November 6, 2014, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1.DENIED: 1365 Post Road East, Appl. #14-040 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Capfor Westport, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a Change of Use from residential to fitness center with Joint Parking, Reduction of Parking by Special Permit and Reserved Future Parking spaces, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #G09104000.
2.ADOPTED: Amendment #681, Appl. #14-045 by the Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §32-8 Excavation and Filling of Land, to modify §32-8.1(a) Exemptions, to add the words “septic fields” to items that have a twenty five (25) foot exemption, to modify §32-8.1(b) Exemptions, to delete the words “septic fields or” to items that have a five (5) foot exemption. Effective date: 11/17/14
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
