November 18, 2014
The Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at Town Hall, Room 201, for the following purposes:
1. To hear Chairman’s report and update on current HDC activities.
2. To approve the minutes of the October 14, 2014 public hearing.
3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated November 4, 2014 for proposed modifications to the existing fire lane, landscape screening and lighting at 8-10 Wright Street located in the Kings Highway North Historic District.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated November 4, 2014 for the proposed barn window replacement at 57 Wright Street.
5. To review and comment on Planning and Zoning Transmittal, 1135 Post Road East, Special Permit/Site Plan Appl. #14-053.
6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 6 Pequot Trail.
7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 7 Stony Point Road.
8. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 7 Bradley Street.
9. To take such action as the meeting may determine to waive the balance of the delay period for a demolition permit application at 39 Spicer Road.
10. Work session will follow public hearing.
