LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall,                 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 50 Harbor Road:  ZBA Appl. #7325 by Patricia K Gill, Harrison W. Gill III AIA, for property owned by Geoffrey and Sara Kneisel, for a variance for setbacks, building and total coverage and height for feet, to raise existing structure in the setbacks and for additions, over allowable coverage and over allowable height, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02108000.


2. 30 Cross Highway:  ZBA Appl. #7326 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Jay Kirkorsky and Leslie Eisen, for a variance for setbacks, for accessory structure over 300 square feet and for height for feet and number of stories, for accessory structure for a second floor addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D12160000.


3. 12 Highwood Road:  ZBA Appl. #7328 by Kala Namasivayam for property owned by Kala Namasivayam, for a variance for setbacks for a new porch in setbacks, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B17012000.


4. 40 Washington Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7239 by Elizabeth Jahn for property owned by Dany Montague, for a variance for height for number of stories and for an accessory structure over 300 square feet for a second floor addition on a detached garage, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D10037000.


5. 1 Rivard Crescent:  ZBA Appl. #7330 by Lauren Ernberg for property owned by Lauren and Jens Ernberg, for a variance for setbacks for legalization of a patio in setbacks, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B07006000.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
