LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION   

 

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on October 16, 2014, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

 

  1. APPROVED:  325, 333, 335 Post Road West, Appl. #14-034 by 333 PRW, LLC c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by 333 PRW, LLC  and 335 PRW, LLC for a Site Plan approval for a Change of Use, Alteration of existing building at 333 Post Road West, reconfiguration and establishment of new parking areas and site work, for property located in a GBD/Residence A zone, PID #B07032000, B07033000 and B07034000.
  2. APPROVED:  6 Quarter Mile Road, Appl. #14-036 by Eric D. Bernheim/Lawrence P. Weisman for property owned by The Westport 1 Trust Amended Revocable Trust for a subdivision approval for one lot for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #B14085000.  
  3. ADOPTED:  Amendment #678, Appl.#14-026 by the Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §5 (Definitions), to add Cost, to modify Story, to modify Structure and to add Unfinished Living Space, to modify §6-2.2 (Coverage), to modify §6-3.1 (Setbacks), to modify §6-3.3 (Height), to modify §13-4 (Setbacks), to modify §13-5 (Height), to modify §13-6 (Coverage), to modify §13-4 (Setbacks), to modify §14-4 (Setbacks), §14-5 (Height), §14-6 (Coverage), and to modify §31-11.3.5(a)  (Flood Zone VE), to change mean high tide line to Coastal Jurisdiction Line. Effective date: 11/17/14
  4. ADOPTED:  Amendment #679, Appl. #14-041 by the Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §31-14 (Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Producers) to extend the Moratorium for a period of nine (9) months until July 25, 2015.  Effective date:  10/24/14

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
