Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
8.To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the Director of Public Works and in accordance with Westport Town Code § 62-43, to schedule a Preliminary Benefit Assessment Hearing for Water Main Extension Contract W5 and to consider proposed assessments to be levied for the water main extension service affecting properties located in all, or part of, Big Pines Road.
