LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

 

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall,                 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, October 28, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:

 

  1. 33 Sherwood Drive:  ZBA Appl. #7320 by Barr Associates, LLC and Peter Cadoux, Architect for property owned by Deepdale Holdings, LLC for a variance for setbacks, coverage and for grading within five (5) feet of the property line for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04028000.

 

  1. 18 West Parish Road:  ZBA Appl. #7321 by Bill and Elizabeth Rubidge for property owned by Bill and Elizabeth Rubidge for a variance for building coverage and setbacks, for an addition over allowable coverage and in setbacks for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #F09006000.

 

  1. 146 Kings Highway North:  ZBA Appl. #7322 by James Hodgdon for property owned by Joe McCartin for a variance for setbacks for an A/C unit in the setback for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C10013000.

 

  1. 38 Woodside Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7323 by Larry Weisman for property owned by Alex Hyman for a variance for setbacks for legalization of a generator, A/C units and a patio in the setbacks for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B09097000.

 

  1. 11 Bermuda Road:  ZBA Appl. #7324 by Todd and Nikola Freeman for property owned by Todd and Nikola Freeman for a variance for setbacks for generator in setbacks for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02035000.

 

  1. 14 Promised Road:  ZBA Appl. #7327 by Lucien and Maria Vita for property owned by Lucien and Maria Vita for a variance for setbacks, building and total coverage and height for a new single family dwelling and mechanical units, in setbacks, over allowable building and total coverage, over allowable height in feet and number of stories, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02097000.

 

At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
