I PUBLIC HEARING                                                   AUDITORIUM

(At this time interested persons may be heard after being recognized by the chairman.

Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed.  Applications and plans may be seen and examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm  Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.)

 

The Commission will not start a public hearing on any applications after 10:00 p.m.  The Commission will adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m.

 

  1. 325, 333, 335 Post Road West:  (The following application is continued from 10/2/14.  Testimony was taken) Appl. #14-034 by 333 PRW, LLC c/o John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by 333 PRW, LLC and 335 PRW, LLC for a Site Plan approval for a Change of Use, Alteration of existing building at 333 Post Road West, reconfiguration and establishment of new parking areas and site work, for property located in a GBD/Residence A zone, PID #B07032000, #B07033000 and #B07034000.  
  2. 1365 Post Road East:  (The following application is continued from 10/2/14.   No testimony was taken) Appl. #14-040 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Capfor Westport, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a Change of Use from residential to fitness center with Joint Parking, Reduction of Parking by Special Permit and Reserved Future Parking spaces, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #G09104000.  Applicant’s presentation time:  20 minutes

  1. Amendment #679:  Appl. #14-041 by the Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §31-14 (Medical Marijuana Dispensaries and Producers) to extend the Moratorium for a period of nine (9) months until July 25, 2015.  Applicant’s presentation time:  5 minutes
  2. Amendment #680:  Appl. #14-042 by the Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §44-2.5 (Requirements for Traffic Impact Analysis) to require applicants, when submitting traffic impact analysis reports to the Commission that they incorporate data from the baseline traffic study as amended from time to time.  Applicant’s presentation time:  5 minutes
