Village District Steering Committee
Proposed Establishment of a Village District in Westport Center
A meeting of the Village District Steering Committee (VDSC) will be held on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at 9:15 a.m. in Room 309, Town Hall for the following purposes:
1.To review written response from The Cecil Group to the VDSC’s collective comments on the first draft of the Village District Study.
2.To review and discuss proposed revised project schedule with December 15, 2014 completion deadline.
3.To formulate the VDSC’s position on the progress of the study with focus on zoning regulations, design standards, and implementation schedule.
4.To review schedule for the proposed National Register Nomination and Study.
