LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given
that at a meeting held on October 2, 2014, the Westport Planning
and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- POSITIVE
REPORT: 20 Woody Lane, §8-24 Request by
the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission
regarding the sale of 6,166 square feet of Town owned property located
between the paved portion of the street and the parcel located at 20 Woody
Lane, in a Residence AAA zone.
- POSITIVE
REPORT: 199 Newtown Turnpike, §8-24 Request by
the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission
regarding the acquisition of 0.3 acres of property located at 199 Newtown
Turnpike, in a Residence AA zone, PID #A170010000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with
conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall
at 110 Myrtle Avenue
