LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.28 Sue Terrace: ZBA Appl. #7313 by Jon Cusa for property owned by Jon Cusa for a variance for building coverage for an addition, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E10129000.
2.36 Warnock Drive: ZBA Appl. #7315 by Megan Robertson for property owned by Lucy Wolgast for a variance for setbacks for legalization of deck, A/C units in side setback and for legalization of house in front setbacks for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #E15008000.
3.0 Church Lane, aka 35 Church Lane and 59 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. #7316 by Karen Johnson/Bedford Square Associates, LLC for property owned by Bedford Square Associates, LLC and YMCA of Westport/Weston CT Inc. for a variance for height for construction of elevator overruns, for property located in a BCD/H and RORD 2 zone, PID #C09140000 and C10144000.
4.14 St. John Place: ZBA Appl. #7317 by Paige Morley for property owned by Paige and James Morley for a variance for building and total coverage for an addition over allowable coverage, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D10033000.
