Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, October 2, 2014, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
1.20 Woody Lane: §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the sale of 6,166 square feet of Town owned property located between the paved portion of the street and the parcel located at 20 Woody Lane, in a Residence AAA zone.
2.199 Newtown Turnpike: §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding the acquisition of 0.3 acres of property located at 199 Newtown Turnpike, PID #A17001000.
