LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, the following action was taken:


1. GRANTED WITH CONDITION:  4 Reichert Circle, ZBA Appl. #7293 by Bart and Anne Valiante for property owned by Bart and Anne Valiante for building and total coverage for legalization of shed over coverage in a Residence A zone, PID #D12157000.


2. DENIED:  15 Island Way, ZBA Appl. #7305 by Jake Watkins for property by Jake Watkins for a variance for setbacks and for total coverage for a pool for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B021640000.


3. GRANTED IN PART/DENIED IN PART WITH CONDITION:  74 Main Street,  ZBA Appl. #7306 by Richard Rizzo for property owned by ABC Kinship, LLC for a variance for a sign above the lowest point of the roof and for signs in excess of allowed square footage (granted front façade and door sign – denied vinyl graphics and two (2) window signs) for property located in a BCD zone, PID #C10148000.
