Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission and Architectural Review Board Joint Committee will hold a meeting on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 in Town Hall, Room 201 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1. To review and provide recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Commission on proposed exterior renovations at 19 Post Road East, known as the Old Library, located in the Business Center District/Historic (BCD/H).
2. To review and provide recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Commission for Historic Residential Structures Special Permit §32-18 application for proposed exterior renovations at 38 Woodside Avenue.
3. To review and provide recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Commission for proposed renovation and addition at 101-107 Post Road East located in the Business Center District/Historic (BCD/H).
