Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, September 24, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):
1.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public hearing of September 11, 2014.
2.To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon recommendation of the Director of Public Works, to approve the award of Contract Bid #15-772T for Greens Farms Road shoulder repairs and pavement rehab.
3.To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve a sanitary sewer connection at property located at 5 Yankee Hill Road, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of September 10, 2014.
4.To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the Operating Agreement by and between the Town of Westport and the Young Men’s Christian Association of Westport/Weston Connecticut, Inc., as required by the Private On-Site Wastewater Disposal Systems Ordinance.
5.To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the establishment of two escrow agreements with Fairfield County Bank for the establishment of two reserve accounts by the Young Men’s Christian Association of Westport/Weston Connecticut, Inc., as required by the Private On-Site Wastewater Disposal Systems Ordinance.
