LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
- 190 Main Street: ZBA Appl. #7304 by Dave Morton for property owned by WHA Equities Corp. for a variance for setbacks from property line and front landscape area for a façade alteration for property located in a RBD zone, PID #C10129000.
2. 15 Island Way: ZBA Appl. #7305 by Jake Watkins for property by Jake Watkins for a variance for setbacks and for total coverage for a pool for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B021640000.
