LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

 

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall,                 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, September 9, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


  1. 190 Main Street:  ZBA Appl. #7304 by Dave Morton for property owned by WHA Equities Corp. for a variance for setbacks from property line and front landscape area for a façade alteration for property located in a RBD zone, PID #C10129000.

2.  15 Island Way:  ZBA Appl. #7305 by Jake Watkins for property by Jake Watkins for a variance for setbacks and for total coverage for a pool for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B021640000.

 3.  74 Main Street:  ZBA Appl. #7306 by Richard Rizzo for property owned by ABC Kinship, LLC for a variance for a sign above the lowest point of the roof and for signs in excess of allowed square footage for property located in a BCD zone, PID #C10148000.

 4. 190 Main Street:  ZBA Appl. #7307 by Odete DaSilva, Artistex by Odete and Company for property owned by WHA Equities for a variance for signage, for more than allowable number of signs, for signs above the lowest point of the roof and above lower sill of window for property located in a RBD zone, PID #C10129000.

 5.   18 Lone Pine Lane:  ZBA Appl. #7309 by Meghan Robertson for property owned by Rainbow   Yan and Scheing Cho for a variance for setbacks to legalize a new portico for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D11137000.

  6.  43 Compo Mill Cove:  ZBA Appl. #7291 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH for property owned     by Doug Eisenberg for a variance for setbacks, for setbacks from tidal wetlands, for height in feet and for building and total coverage for legalization of house and deck and for an addition in setbacks for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #E04072000.

 At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
