Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):


1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public hearing of August 13, 2014.
 
2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve an increase from $150 to $175 for the 2014/2015 fall/winter season ice skating instruction fee, contingent upon approval by the Parks & Recreation Commission. 


3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Amendment to the Business Associate Agreement, dated September 15, 2005, by and between the Town of Westport and PBIRx, Inc. as it relates to compliance with the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).


4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Business Associate Privacy and Security Agreement by and between the Northeast Series of Lockton Companies, LLC and the Town of Westport (the “Parties”) as it relates to compliance with the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”).


5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the operation agreement between Enviro Express, Inc. and the Town of Westport, for the provision of solid waste hauling and transfer station operation and maintenance.


THE FOLLOWING ITEMS HAVE BEEN WITHDRAWN
6. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the Operating Agreement by and between the Town of Westport and the Young Men’s Christian Association of Westport/Wilton Connecticut, Inc., as required by the Private On-Site Wastewater Disposal Systems Ordinance.  


7. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the establishment of two escrow agreements with Fairfield County Bank for the establishment of two reserve accounts by the Young Men’s Christian Association of Westport/Wilton Connecticut, Inc., as required by the Private On-Site Wastewater Disposal Systems Ordinance.
