Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 4, 2014, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
1.1 Stony Point Road: Appl. #14-033 by Patricia Mailhot Miller for property owned by Carol and Roger Schwanhausser for a CAM Site Plan approval for additions, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #C05005000.
2.16 Burr Farms Road: Appl. #14-038 by Kim Brown for property owned by Kim and Tim Brown for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a proposed home caterer with a kitchen in the cellar, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #F100570000.
