LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
- 171 Compo Road South: ZBA Appl. #7298 by Gary Mile for property owned by Rita Miele for a variance for coverage to legalize sheds over building and total coverage for property located in Residence A zone, PID #C06137000.
- 1 Stony Point Road: ZBA Appl. #7299 by Patricia Mailhot Miller for property owned by Carol and Roger Schwanhausser for a variance for setbacks for an addition for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #C05005000.
- 47 Clinton Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7300 by Linda V. Velez for property owned by Linda V. Velez for a variance for setbacks for legalization of A/C units in the setbacks for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C13126000.
- 71 Wright Street: ZBA Appl. #7301 by Alison and Brendan Reilly for property owned by Alison and Brendan Reilly for a variance for setbacks for an addition and for height to legalize a treehouse over 16 feet in height for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #C09052000.
- 122 Harbor Road: ZBA Appl. #7302 by Garrett Wilson for property owned by Garrett Wilson for a variance for building and total coverage for a new single family dwelling and pool, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02153000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
