LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

 

At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, the following action was taken:

 

  1. DENIED:  17 Dexter Road, ZBA Appl. #7290 by Ron Melino for property owned by Marlon and Karin Dale for an appeal of the issuance of the Zoning Certificate of Compliance, issued on 5/1/14 for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #I09023000.

 

  1. GRANTED:  4 Norwood Lane, ZBA Appl. #7292 by Philip Cerrone Architect for property owned by Thomas and Kariene Maloney for a variance for height in feet, for a detached garage for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B12018000.

 

  1. GRANTED:  38 Harbor Road, ZBA Appl. #7294 by Stephen Danuszar for property owned by Rosa Danuszar for legalization of detached garage over allowable height for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02120000.
