LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 24, 2014, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

  1. 1365-1385 Post Road East:  Discussion and potential approval of Stipulation for Judgment in case entitled CAPFOR Westport, LLC v. Town of Westport Planning and Zoning Commission, ET AL, Docket No. CV 87-0242652-S for modification of a previously approved stipulated settlement in a GBD zone, PID #G09104000.
  2. 60 Compo Beach Road:   Appl. #14-035 by Town of Westport for property owned by Town of Westport for a CAM Site Plan approval for stabilization of bank with armored revetment stone, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03164000.
  3. 28 Harbor Road:  Appl. #14-028 by Stephen Nelson and Mary Mayo for property owned by Stephen Nelson and Mary Mayo for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B03021000.
  4. 128 Beachside Avenue:  Appl. #14-030 by Andrew Bentley for property owned by Andrew Bentley for a CAM Site Plan and Special Permit approval for the installation of a stair system to access waters of Long Island Sound and excavation and fill associated with construction of new house, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #I06022000.

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received.  The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
