Notice is hereby given that the
Westport Planning and Zoning
Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 24, 2014, at 7:00 P.M. in
Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:

case entitled CAPFOR Westport, LLC v. Town of Westport Planning and
