LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning
Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday,
July 8, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following
applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
- 23 Sterling
Drive: ZBA Appl. #7289 by Emily Chen and Victor Chaves for
property owned by Emily Chen for a variance for setbacks for an addition
and for legalization of a play set in the setbacks for property located in
a Residence AA zone, PID #E04038000.
- 17 Dexter
Road: ZBA Appl. #7290 by Ron Melino for property owned by
Marlon and Karin Dale for an appeal of the issuance of the Zoning Certificate
of Compliance, issued on 5/1/14 for property located in a Residence A
zone, PID #I09023000.
- 4 Norwood
Lane: ZBA Appl. #7292 by Philip Cerone Architect for
property located at 4 Norwood Lane for a variance for height in feet, for
a detached garage for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID
#B12018000.
- 38 Harbor
Road: ZBA Appl. #7294 by Stephen Danuszar for property
owned by Rosa Danuszar for legalization of detached garage over allowable
height for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02120000.
At
this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications
received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in
the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle
Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and
Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
