Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority and in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall Room 309 for the following purpose(s):
1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to determine final benefit assessments to be levied for the construction or acquisition of a sewer system affecting properties located in all, or part of the following areas (A/K/A SAUGATUCK SHORES):
Belaire Drive, Bermuda Road, Blue Chip Lane, Bluff Point, Canal Road, Sandpiper Road, Cockenoe Drive, Conte Place, Covlee Drive, Cross Way, Duck Pond Road, Eno Lane, Harbor Road, Island Way, Madeline Avenue, Marsh Court, Marine Avenue, Minard Drive, Nassau Road, Norport Drive, Pebble Beach Lane, Pier Way Landing, Plover Lane, Promised Road, Rowland Court, Rowland Place, Sandpiper Road, Saugatuck Avenue, Scofield Place, Sea Spray Road, Spriteview Avenue, Surf Road, Swallow Lane
