Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on June 12, 2014, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. APPROVED:  122 Beachside Avenue, Appl. #14-020 by Andrew Bentley for property owned by Andrew Bentley for CAM Site Plan approval for an access ramp/stair structure with two (2) retaining walls for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #I06025000. 
2. DENIED:  38 Woodside Avenue, Appl. #14-022 by Alex Hyman for property owned by Alex Hyman for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a modification to previously approved Special Permit #12-047, pursuant to Sec 32-18 (Residential Historic Structures), for a patio, A/C units and generator, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B09097000. 
3. GRANTED:  190 Main Street, Appl. #14-025 by David Morton for property owned by WHA Equities Corp for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for an outdoor eating area within 50 feet of a residential zone, and relief to parking requirements, for property located in a RBD zone, PID #C10129000.
