SPECIAL PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen will hold a special public hearing on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 10 a.m. in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine and upon the recommendation of the Town Attorney, to authorize the First Selectman to sign a partial release of a 1999 mortgage to the Town in order to facilitate the redevelopment of the Sasco Creek multi-family development project located at 1655 Post Road East.
