LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS


At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, May 13, 2014, the following action was taken:


1. GRANTED:  54 Long Lots Road, ZBA Appl. #7270 by Cory L. Grossman for property owned by Four Seasons Construction LLC for a variance for setbacks for an addition in setbacks for property located in a Res A/AA zone,  PID #F09166000.


2. GRANTED IN PART/DENIED IN PART:  8 Danbury Avenue, ZBA Appl. #7271 by Peter Wormser for property owned by Dan  Kahn and Peter Wormser for a variance for setbacks and for building and total coverage for a generator and patio in setbacks is GRANTED and outdoor fireplace over building coverage and in the setbacks is DENIED, for property located in a Res A zone, PID #D03117000.


3. GRANTED:  14 Canal Road, ZBA Appl. #7273 by Peter Romano/LandTech for property owned by John Fitzgerald for a variance for setbacks to legalize a generator and patio within the tidal wetland setbacks for property located in a Res A zone, PID #B02058000.


4. GRANTED:  28 Norwalk Avenue, ZBA Appl. #7272 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Plimsoll LLC for a variance for height for number of stories, for setbacks and for building and total coverage for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Res A zone, PID #D03058000.
