Notice is hereby given
that at a meeting held on May 15, 2014, the Westport Planning
and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- GRANTED: 123 Compo Road South, Appl. #14-009
by Barr Associates for property owned by Jennifer and Timothy Robson for a
Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a kitchen addition and garage
apartment addition pursuant to Sec 32-18 (Residential Historic Structures)
in a Res A zone, PID #D07065000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with
conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall
