Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 309/307 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
7.To take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve a temporary sidewalk easement for the encroachment of a barricade blocking a portion of Parker Harding Plaza and on the sidewalk of Main Street during the time period in which 105 Main Street undergoes renovations, contingent upon compliance with the Town Engineer’s letter of May 9, 2014 and comments from relevant Town departments.
