  1. 35 Elm Street:  (The following application is expected to be withdrawn)  ZBA Appl. #7278 by Karen Johnson, DC Kemper-Gunn, LLC for property owned by the Town of Westport for a variance for height in a BCD/H zone, for grading within five (5) feet of the lot line and for landscape buffer strip adjacent to a residence district for the relocation of the historic Kemper Gunn House from 35 Church Lane to property located at 35 Elm Street, BCD/H/Residence A zone, PID #C10143000.

 

  1. 11 Caccamo Trail:   (The following application was opened and continued with a new Legal Notice.  Testimony was taken)  ZBA Appl. #7259 by Eric D.
