LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 1, 2014, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- GRANTED: 35 Elm Street, Appl. #13-067 by DC Kemper-Gunn LLC for property owned by Town of Westport for a CAM Special Permit and Site Plan approval for the relocation of a mixed use historic structure in a BCD/H/Res A zone, PID #C10143000.
- APPROVED: 545 Riverside Avenue, Appl. #14-019 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH, for property owned by Mill Pond Farm Inc. for a Site Plan approval for Joint Parking for a new restaurant, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #C06054000.
- ADOPTED in Part/WITHDRAWN in Part: Amendment #673, Appl. #14-012 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §34-5, (Parking Requirements Table), to establish parking requirements for Day Care Centers/Nursery Schools and for Schools be ADOPTED in part and WITHDRAWN in part. Day Care Centers/Nursery Schools ADOPTED; Schools WITHDRAWN. Effective date: 6/2/14
