LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, May 13, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.54 Long Lots Road: ZBA Appl. #7270 by Cory L. Grossman for property owned by Four Seasons Construction LLC for a variance for setbacks for an addition in setbacks for property located in a Res A/AA zone, PID #F09166000.
2.8 Danbury Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7271 by Peter Wormser for property owned by Dan Kahn and Peter Wormser for a variance for setbacks and for building and total coverage for a generator and patio in setbacks and outdoor fireplace over building coverage for property located in a Res A zone, PID #D03117000.
3.14 Canal Road: ZBA Appl. #7273 by Peter Romano/LandTech for property owned by John Fitzgerald for a variance for setbacks to legalize a generator and patio within the tidal wetland setbacks for property located in a Res A zone, PID #B02058000.
4.28 Norwalk Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7272 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Plimsoll LLC for a variance for height for number of stories, for setbacks and for building and total coverage for a new single family dwelling for property located in a Res A zone, PID #D03058000.
5.11 Caccamo Trail: ZBA Appl. #7259 by Eric D. Bernheim for property owned by Salvatore and Melissa F. Augeri for a variance for lot frontage and multiple lots (minimum right of way width) to divide parcel into two lots for property located in a Res A zone, PID #C11130000.
6.35 Elm Street: ZBA Appl. #7278 by Karen Johnson, DC Kemper-Gunn, LLC for property owned by the Town of Westport for a variance for height in a BCD/H zone, for grading within five (5) feet of the lot line and for landscape buffer strip adjacent to a residence district for the relocation of the historic Kemper Gunn House from 35 Church Lane to property located at 35 Elm Street, BCD/H/Residence A zone, PID #C10143000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
