I PUBLIC HEARING                                                   AUDITORIUM

(At this time interested persons may be heard after being recognized by the chairman.

Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed.  Applications and plans may be seen and examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm  Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.)

 

The Commission will not start a public hearing on any applications after 10:00 p.m.  The Commission will adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m.

 

  1. Amendment #672:  (The following application was opened and continued from 3/6/14 and further continued to a date to be announced. Testimony has been taken. No testimony will be taken at this meeting)  Appl. #14-007 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for Text Amendments to the Zoning Regulations to add to §5-2 Definitions, “Lot, Adjoining;” to modify §29-8.1 (Floor Area Maximum); to add §29-14 (Combining Lots and Single Uses Across Lot Lines); to modify §29A-8.1 (Floor Area Maximum); to modify §29A-11 (Parking and Loading); and to add §29A-15 (Combining Lots and Single Uses Across Lot Lines)  
  2. 35 Elm Street:  (The following application was opened and continued from 4/24/14.  Testimony was taken)  Appl. #13-067 by DC Kemper-Gunn LLC for property owned by Town of Westport for a CAM Special Permit and Site Plan approval for the relocation of a mixed use historic structure in a BCD/H/Res A zone, PID #C10143000.
  3. 545 Riverside Avenue: Appl. #14-019 by Peter Romano/LandTech for property owned by Mill Pond Farm Inc. for a Site Plan approval for Joint Parking for a new restaurant, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #C06054000.  Applicant’s presentation time: 10 minutes
  4. Amendment #673:  Appl. #14-012 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §34-5, (Parking Requirements Table), to establish parking requirements for Day Care Centers/Nursery Schools and for Schools.  Applicant’s presentation time:  5 minutes
