Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 1, 2014, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
- Amendment #673: Appl. #14-012 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §34-5, (Parking Requirements Table), to establish parking requirements for Day Care Centers/Nursery Schools and for Schools.
- 545 Riverside Avenue: Appl. #14-019 by Peter Romano/LandTech for property owned by Mill Pond Farm Inc. for a Site Plan approval for Joint Parking for a new restaurant, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #C06054000.
At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
