Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 309/307 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):
1.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public hearing of April 9, 2014.
2.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the use of town-owned property known as Parker Harding Parking Plaza adjacent to and by Acqua Restaurant for a pop-up café contingent upon compliance with the Town of Westport Pop-up Seating and Pop-up Café Guidelines as amended March 14, 2012.
3.To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon the request of the First Selectman, to accept DC Kemper-Gunn, LLC (“DC”) as the successful respondent to the Request for Proposal, #13-718T, and to authorize negotiations with DC for the renovation and relocation onto town property of the Kemper-Gunn House and for the terms of rental.
4.To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as Traffic Authority, to approve the modifications to town-owned property known as Baldwin Parking Lot in accordance with the site plan proposed by DC Kemper-Gunn, LLC, contingent upon compliance with comments from relevant town departments.
5.To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve a sanitary sewer multifamily residential connection at property known as Sasco Creek Village located at 1655 Post Road East, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of April 10, 2014.
