Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 309/307 of the Westport Town Hall for the following additional purpose(s):
9.To take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve a waiver of the Westport Policy on Encroachments on Town Property to the extent it relates to an existing stone retaining wall located at property known as 10 Harding Lane, contingent upon compliance with the Town Engineer’s letter of April 4, 2014.
10.To take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve the temporary installation of a chain link safety fence blocking a portion of the south side of Parker Harding Road and on the west side of Main Street during the time period in which 177 Main Street undergoes renovations, contingent upon compliance with the Town Engineer’s letter of April 4, 2014.
