Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission/Architectural Review Board Joint Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 1, 2014, in Town Hall, Room 201 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1.To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on the Special Permit for Historic Residential Structure 32-18 for the proposed construction of a new barn/studio at 46 Wright Street.
2.To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on: 1) the proposed zone change of a portion of the Baldwin Parking lot to BCD/H in order to facilitate the relocation of the Kemper- Gunn House to that site, and 2) to review and comment on the proposed modifications to the relocated house including the addition of a new stair/elevator tower and site work.
