LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 13, 2014, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
- APPROVED: 1 Surf Road, Appl. #14-002 by Stephen and Jari Siu for property owned by Stephen Siu for a CAM Site Plan approval for replacement of existing bulkhead and to create a sand dune in a Res A zone, PID #B01012000.
- GRANTED: 0 Woodside Lane, (aka 10 Woodside Lane), Appl. #14-003 by Becky Newman, Earthplace Summer Camp Director for property owned by Nature Center For Environmental Activities Inc. for a Special Permit and Site Plan for legalization of an existing summer camp program, in a Res AA zone, PID #A11022000.
- ADOPTED: Amendment #668, Appl. # 13-063 by Lawrence P. Weisman for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §26-1.3, Design Development District (DDD Zone), Purpose (Removal), to add the words “ and b) applications to amend Special Permits approved prior to the effective date of this amendment in a Design Development District #4, provided that such amendments shall not increase Total Coverage by more than 10% of Total Coverage existing on the lot effective date of this amendment (4/14/2014), and further provided that building coverage shall not exceed 10% of net lot area.” Effective date: 4/14/14
