LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION    


Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on March 6, 2014, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action: 


1. POSITIVE REPORT:  1 Hillandale Lane & 10 Hilltop Trail, 8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding sanitary sewer extension to service 1 Hillandale Lane and 10 Hilltop Trail and 19 additional properties, Zone AA, PID #G08032000 and PID #G08027000.
2. ADOPTED:  Amendment #669, Appl. #13-065 by DC Kemper-Gunn LLC, c/o Karen Johnson for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to modify §29A (Business Center District/Historic) BCD/H specifically to modify §29A-1 Purpose, to modify §29A-4 Setbacks, to modify §29A-8.2 FAR, to modify §29A-9.3 New additions and infill to historic buildings and additional buildings on the lot, to modify §29A-11 Parking & Loading, to modify §29A-12 Landscaping, Screening and Buffer Areas and to add new section §29A-15 (Relocation of Historic Structures) to allow for the relocation of historic buildings.  Effective date:  3/20/14
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
