LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on February 27, 2014, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1.APPROVED: 1 Conte Place, Appl. #13-057 by Paul C. Harris for property owned by Graham J. Bond for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling in a Res A zone, PID #B02084000.
2.POSITIVE REPORT: 20 Jesup Road, §8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding a proposed expansion of the Westport Library on Town owned property located at 20 Jesup Road in a Res. AA Zone, PID #C09130000
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
