I PUBLIC HEARING
(At this time interested persons may be heard after being recognized by the chairman.
Written communications may be received for all applications until the public hearing is closed. Applications and plans may be seen and examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.)
The Commission will not start a public hearing on any applications after 10:00 p.m. The Commission will adjourn no later than 11:00 p.m.
- 1 Hillandale Lane & 10 Hilltop Trail: 8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding sanitary sewer extension to service 1 Hillandale Lane and 10 Hilltop Trail and 19 additional properties, Zone AA, PID #G08032000 and PID #G08027000.
- Amendment #668: (The following application was opened and continued from 2/27/14. Testimony has been taken) Appl. #13-063 by Lawrence P. Weisman for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to amend §26-1.3 (Removal), to delete the words “or Special Permit application” and to add the words “ and b) applications to amend previously approved Special Permits in a Design Development District, provided that such amendments shall not increase either existing lot coverage or existing building coverage by more than 20%, but in no event will the final coverage calculation be more than permitted in §26-2.7.”
