PUBLIC NOTICE  

The Public Hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the items below will be further continued on February 27, 2014, at 7:00 P.M.

1. Amendment #668:  Appl. #13-063 by Lawrence P. Weisman for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to amend §26-1.3 (Removal), to delete the words “or Special Permit application” and to add the words “ and b) applications to amend previously approved  Special Permits in a Design Development District, provided that such amendments shall not increase either existing lot coverage or existing building coverage by more than 20%, but in no event will the final coverage calculation be more than permitted in §26-2.7."
