Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 26, 2014 at 8:30 a.m. in Room 309/307 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purpose(s):


1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public hearing of February 12, 2014, and the minutes of the Water Pollution Control Authority’s public hearing of February 12, 2014.


2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the use of town-owned roads on June 1, 2014 for the Bloomin’ Metric Bicycle Tour, contingent upon compliance with comments from various town departments and in accordance with Procedures for Use of Town-owned Property, Facilities and/or Public Roadways, as amended Sept. 15, 2010.


3. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon recommendation of the Director of Public Works, to approve a Dashboard Code Sharing Agreement between the Town of Westport and the Town of South Windsor, as it relates to two-way sharing of software applications developed for a Common Dashboard Platform for the Department of Public Works, Emergency Services, and various other Town Departments.


4. To take such action as the meeting may determine, upon recommendation of the Director of Public Works, to approve the award of Contract Bid #14-752T to Dichello Construction, LLC for the bid amount of $144,550 for repairs to erosion at Hendricks Point resulting from Storm Sandy.


5. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority and upon recommendation of the Director of Public Works, to approve the award of Sanitary Sewer Contract #66 to BL Companies Connecticut, Inc. for the bid amount of $36,000 for sanitary sewer engineering design services for Joann Circle, Clover Lane and Acorn Lane.


6. To take such action as the meeting may determine, acting in its capacity as the Traffic Authority and upon recommendation of the Director of Public Works, to approve the temporary closure of Sasco Creek Road from March 3, 2014 through April 7, 2014, for the replacement of the existing culvert near Beachside Avenue.
