LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING

 

The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall,                 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:

 

  1. 101 Harbor Road:  ZBA Appl. #7249 by Alan R. Spirer for property owned by 101 Harbor Road, LLC for a variance for coverage, for height and for number of stories, for setbacks for a new single family dwelling and for setbacks for air conditioner condensers, in a Res A zone, PID #B02139000.

 

  1. 46 Wright StreetZBA Appl. #7252 by Sam Fitzgerald, architect, c/o BD Design Group for property owned by William Jacklin and Janet Russo Jacklin for a variance for setbacks for a front porch addition in a Res AA zone, PID #C09036000.

 

  1. 56 Compo Mill Cove:  ZBA Appl. #7253 by Kevin Quinlan, AIA, for property owned by Edythe Denkin for a variance for coverage and for setbacks for construction of a deck and stairs to grade in a Res A zone, PID #E04088000.

 

  1. 15 Appletree Trail:  ZBA Appl. #7255 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Bluewater Appletree Trail LLC for a new single family dwelling, spa and patios over allowable coverage in a Res A zone, PID #D03046000.

 

At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
