Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on February 6, 2014, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

1. GRANTED:  58 Sylvan Road North, Appl. #13-064 by Michael Siegenfeld for property owned by Michael Siegenfeld for a Special Permit and Site Plan application for a Home Occupation, Level 2, in a Res AA zone, PID #B09007000.

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
