Notice is hereby given that the Board of Finance Meeting for Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 8 P.M. has been rescheduled to Monday, February 10 at 6:30 P.M. in Room 309/307 of Town Hall.  The budget workshop will start immediately following.

         3.     A Progress Report from McGladrey on the review of the Board of Education’s Health Insurance Fund and an update from the Board of Education on their findings to date.

4.     A request by the Deputy Police Chief for the following transfer of $16,180.90 for the purchase of 13 Colt M4 rifles with enhanced optics.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

1. Approve the Board of Finance Minutes of the November 6, 2013 regular meeting and executive session.
2. Approve the Board of Finance Minutes of the January 8, 2014 regular meeting.
3. Approve the Board of Finance Minutes of the January 13, 2014 special meeting.            

The Board of Finance will hold informal Budget Workshops on Monday, February 10, 2014, Tuesday, February 11, 2014, and Wednesday, February 12, 2014, at 6:30 p.m. at Town Hall to discuss the Selectman’s preliminary requested 2014-15 budget for the Town of Westport.  No action will be taken.  Areas to be covered as follows:
