At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, January 28, 2014, the following action was taken:

 

  1. GRANTED:  20 Seaspray Road, ZBA Appl. #7237 by Judith Anderson for property owned by Judith Anderson, Article Fifth Trust, for variances for setbacks and coverage for a new generator in setbacks and to legalize decks, stairs, mechanicals in setbacks and to legalize decks, stairs and driveway over coverage on a non conforming lot south of the railroad, in a Res A zone, PID #B01079000.

 

  1. GRANTED:  32 Bermuda Road, ZBA Appl. #7239 by Peter Romano/LandTech for property owned by Michael and Ellen Fifer for grading within feet of property line in a Res A zone, PID #B02018000.

 

  1. GRANTED:  1 Conte Place, ZBA Appl. #7240 by Paul Harris for property owned by Graham J. Bond for variances for setbacks and coverage for a new single family dwelling and for height for a deck and rooftop mechanicals on a non conforming lot south of the railroad, in a Res A zone, PID #B02084000.
