NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of Finance will hold its Public Hearing on Wednesday, February 5, 2014 at 8:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of Town Hall. The following item(s), and any others properly presented before the Board, will be considered:

DISCUSSION/REVIEW
1. Financial Report from the Finance Director.

2. Status Update from the Internal Auditor.

3. A Progress Report from McGladrey on the review of the Board of Education’s Health Insurance Fund and an update from the Board of Education on their findings to date.

TRANSFERS IN THE 2013-2014 BUDGET

4. A request by the Deputy Police Chief for the following transfer of $16,180.90 for the purchase of 13 Colt M4 rifles with enhanced optics.
