Planning & Zoning Commission Notice of Decision

LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION   

 

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on January 23, 2014, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

 

  1. ADOPTED:  Amendment #667:  Appl. #13-062 by the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission for a text amendment to the zoning regulations to amend §5-2 (Definitions) building height, to add roof guard and railing exemption language; §46-3.2(a) to eliminate requirement that a zoning permit be obtained within one year of the granting of a variance; §46-3.2.1 to eliminate language stating when a Site Plan approval is required after a variance is granted; §31-10.6.6, to change reference from “extreme high tide” to “coastal jurisdiction line,” in the Zoning Regulations; and §52-4.3.3 to change reference from “extreme high tide” to “coastal jurisdiction line,” in the Subdivision Regulations.  Effective date: 2/24/14

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
