LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
- 137 Long Lots Road: ZBA Appl. #7241 by Jana and Robert Moorman for property owned by Jana and Robert Moorman for a variance for setbacks to install propane tanks in the setbacks in a Res AA zone, PID #G10048000.
- 134 Cross Highway (aka70 North Avenue): ZBA Appl. #7242 by Peter Wormser/Dan Kahn for property owned by the Town of Westport for a variance for coverage to add two accessory structures and to legalize existing accessory structures in a Res AAA zone, PID #F13023000 and F12077000.
- 28 Bermuda Road: ZBA Appl. #7243 by Eric Bernheim/Lawrence Weisman for property owned by Mark Fishman for variances for setbacks and coverage for legalization of a gazebo in a Res A zone, PID #B02020000.

- 1 Charcoal Lane: ZBA Appl. #7246 by Peter Romano/LandTech for property owned by Adam and Jennifer Epstein for a variance for setbacks for construction of a sports court in the side setback in a Res AAA zone, PID #E15034000.
- 177 Main Street: ZBA Appl. #7233 by Raymond Rizio for property owned by 177 Main, LLC for a variance for setbacks and front landscape area, for exterior renovations and a patio in setbacks in a BCD zone, PID #C10085000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm and Tuesday and Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
