Notice is hereby given that the Historic District Commission/Architectural Review Board Joint Committee will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 4, 2014, in Town Hall, Room 201 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1.To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on the proposed exterior modifications to the Kemper-Gunn House at its relocated site at 35 Elm Street.
2.To review and comment to the Planning and Zoning Commission on the proposed improvements to a detached accessory garage/apartment structure and a kitchen addition to the main house at 123 Compo Road South.
